GPA4.2, accounting major, junor student in a 211 University,good at english, mathe, computer, finance, finance management,and specificlly,I am in NY now, how to stay here. Thanks, again

why do you wanna stay in N.Y at this time so bad? You could go back finish your degree at China and then apply Business school or Graduate School...
I don't know. But it does give me a sense that it's not moral to change your status at this time. It may hurt you...Be careful....
